Job Description

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be an integral member of our Wealth management team managing an assigned block of business and prospecting for new clients. The incumbent will be responsible to provide financial solutions and generate new business through effective prospecting and cross lines selling of existing clients. This individual will maintain and promote client relationships and develop new clients, centres of influence and network of referrers and act as a source of ongoing referrals to applicable internal experts.



  • 1-3 years previous hands on financial planning experience
  • Level II Life License Required
  • Mutual Funds License or willingness to obtain
  • University Degree/College Diploma
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CRM;
  • Ability to grow the business in a sales/business development capacity;
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demand
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
