Robert Half Financial Services has an immediate assignment opportunity for a Trade Processor with a finance institution in Downtown Toronto.
The Trade Processor is to be responsible for processing income payments to various client accounts, performing routine and non-routing back office operations duties, posting information to various accounts, and completing end of day balancing functions. The Trade Processor will help with investigations, correcting discrepancies and escalating issues when required.
The Trade Processor brings previous related experience working with a Financial Institution; ideally in a back office operations team. Must be able to work under tight daily deadlines to complete all balancing duties on client accounts. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as the Trade Processor will interface heavily with internal and external stakeholders. Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills including Microsoft Excel skills are required and completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a definite asset.
